Welcome to ToFo, the World's First User-Centric Ad Discovery and Delivery Platform. By using our platform, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions.

1. Definitions

"ToFo Account" is a common account for both Viewers and Advertisers.

"Viewer" refers to users who earn rewards or money by viewing ads.

"Advertiser" refers to users who promote their brand or business through ToFo.

2. For Viewers

• Viewers can access ads on the platform and earn rewards or money.
• A ToFo Account is required to earn rewards.
• Rewards are earned only when the viewer is signed in.
• Each ad must be viewed for a minimum of 10 seconds.
• Rewards are credited to the account after viewing ads and can be redeemed or withdrawn.

3. For Advertisers

• Advertisers must create a ToFo Account to promote their business.
• Ads can be created through the "My Ads" section.
• All ads are subject to approval by the ToFo Team.
• Once approved, the ad will be visible to viewers until it reaches the set number of views.
• If rejected, advertisers can recreate the ad or contact support via live chat.

4. General Terms

• ToFo reserves the right to modify or update these terms at any time.
• Misuse of the platform may result in account suspension or termination.
• ToFo is not responsible for any discrepancies in ad content or user earnings.
